There are 4 tunnels on the Monmouth to Cinderford line. Two are short, Redbrook (short) and Whitecliffe. Two are longer, Redbrook and Newland. The route follows an early tramway, which had its own tunnel at newland, most of which was dug out when the railway was built to make the Newland Tunnel. A short section remains at the east end of the Newland Tunnel. I havent been to Whitecliffe yet. The line was mainly built for goods use, although a limited passenger service was operated.
